Murray D’Almeida started life as an accountant. He very soon realised it wasn’t for him. So Murray decided to buy himself a bakery. After a year of 4am starts he knew he needed to change and joined forces with another business called Donut King. To start with they had 3-stores. Murray then grew Donut King to 3000-stores globally. He then sold this and started a conglomerate of food chains all bought together under the banner of “Retail Food Group”.
Due to a number of reasons after floating the Retail Food Group on the stock market, Murray stepped down and removed himself from the organisation (many years ago).
Murray now sits on numerous boards around the world and leverage off his skills of getting investors on board and structuring businesses for listing and sale.
During his presentation he is going to share with business owners:
– his experiences from a lifetime in business
– what you need to set up your business for exit
– his insights into what’s needed to grow a successful company
It will be a candid breakfast with plenty of time to network and ask Murray any questions.
