I’m going to work with you to fully embody The IMPowered Leader™ and shine the light on the processes, people and the personality you need to own and attract, to ensure you can get your ‘on-the-tools’ load to just 2 hours (or less) a day.

We will work through a blend of modalities to bring you to a place of Full Control (Full Power) - of where you are, where you go next and how to show up to get there.  And then how to transfer that to the team to make things happen.

Peta used this process to identify the right person to take on middle management in her $30-million dollar business and built out a new functional and competency standard to which her new team could be held.

Fleur’s leadership team used this process to support the velocity of their decision-making, create a common language and encourage greater collaboration in their $9-million operation.

Once David worked through just the first phase of this program, he identified how much of his power he’d given away to the senior leaders of his $3million business and a number of other key players in his world. And joy became one of his big projects, through enhanced boundaries and standards.

This is a 1-1 experience and I only ever work with 5 people in THIS way at any given time. 

How Does It Work?

This isn’t a ‘course’ where you have to find loads of time in your busy schedule and watch endless generic videos.

During our first 16 weeks together, we will talk every week and in the time when we are not, we’ll chat in our dedicated comms channel so you can put the identified strategies into action and report back regularly on your results. 

Will this work if I already have a coach for sales and marketing?

The short answer, Yes. Our work together is about activating the behaviours and standards of your Season 3 Identity.

Any money-generating work you are doing will be enhanced by the upgraded mindset and tactical frameworks we put in place to keep your projects on track and drive results.

As long as you are aligned with the action you are taking (WHY), the Way will be easier.
