Andrew started his business journey in 2004 as the co-founder and COO of Daily Dose Mobile Juice Bars, based in Brisbane. Developed as a franchise system, selling the first franchise in 2006, and later that year his shareholding to his business partner.
In 2007, Andrew founded the first franchisee-only business and sales coaching model in Australia, called The Franchise Coach. An end-to-end group coaching model, over the next 7 years he worked with over 400 franchisees from 24 franchise systems. Most recently in 2013/14, Andrew developed, implemented and led a high performance coaching program for 102 franchisees from the Bank of Queensland across Australia, returning a record $174M profit for the ASX-30 Franchisor in the first 12 months, before handing over to the internal Franchise Development coaching team.
In 2012, Andrew designed and built Australia’s first fully online business and sales coaching framework for Franchisees. This system and IP was sold in full to one of Australia’s leading franchise systems.
In 2012, with a keen interest in business efficiency and operational enhancement, Andrew created an enterprise-level APP development company, with a focus to develop, design, implement and improve operational efficiency within service-based businesses. Building dozens of “business apps”, each application on average saved 1,000s of man-hours annually, and increased operations profitability and/or efficiency across each organisation.
In 2013, Andrew joined forces with Rana Saini, his best mate and marketing whiz, to start Evolve Digital Agency, with a focus on social media marketing and lead funnel development for the professional services sector in Australia utilising Facebook and Youtube primarily.
In March 2015, Andrew and Rana deployed their successful client strategy off Facebook into the professional network, Linkedin. The evidence became clear that considerable opportunity existed through their Connect-Engage-Convert activity-based strategy.
By July 2015, Andrew began selling monthly campaigns to clients within the finance and property sectors, helping clients grow their brand, grow their community, and engage with it. All designed to grow brand awareness and generate passive lead opportunities.
On 1 January 2016, Andrew and Rana launched the separate brand, The Influencer Project, designed to help business leaders stand out as Influencers for “WHAT” they offer the market, and generate lead flow directly into their business through their Linkedin profile.
In January 2018, the “Activate” coaching program for consultants, coaches and advisors was launched with over 100 clients coming on board across 6 countries. The Influencer Project launched this first full online launch program called “FastStart”, a program designed to get your first leads and sales from Linkedin within 90-days.
Finally, in October 2018, Andrew and Rana launched The Influencer Project franchise network to AU and NZ.
